APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHGATE UTILITIES, INC. FOR THE NORTH COUNTY TECHNICAL CENTER
Description
A Developer's Agreement between Southgate Utilities, Inc. and the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, is necessary in order to provide a new water utility service to the North County Technical Center. The potable water will service the new Suncoast Polytechnical High School and all future Technical Center buildings as they are constructed. Cost associated with engineering review fees and inspection fees are included in the Suncoast Polytechnical High School project budget.
Recommendation
That the Developer's Agreement with Southgate Utilities, Inc. for the North County Technical Center be approved as presented.
